Privacy notice
This notice covers the Request a call and Join early access forms on this website. It is short because we collect very little.
In short
We collect only what you type into the two forms, use it only to reply, never sell it, and delete it when you ask.
Who we are
Orivenn is HR software in beta. In this notice, “we” means the Orivenn team.
What we collect

When you send a form, our form service uses your internet (IP) address to count requests and stop abuse, such as one connection sending hundreds of them. It keeps that count in memory only, for at most 24 hours, and never saves the address with your request or in its logs.
Google Cloud, which runs the form service, keeps a standard technical log of requests to it, including the IP address and browser type, for up to 30 days.
Why we use it
To reply to you: to arrange a call, or to tell you when there's something to try. We don't use your details for advertising, we don't sell them, and we won't add you to any mailing list you didn't ask for. We use them because you agree to it by ticking the consent box.
Where it's kept
Your request is sent as an email to the Orivenn team's Microsoft 365 mailbox and kept there. The form service passes it on without keeping a copy. The companies that handle it for us are Microsoft (email) and Google (this website and the form service).
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after our last exchange with you. Then we delete it.

Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or withdraw your consent at any time. Reply to any email we've sent you, or send us a request with the Request a call form and say what you'd like in the message. We'll act on it within 30 days.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we'll change the date at the top. A request you've already sent stays covered by the version you agreed to.
