How it works

A governed foundation, and the apps you choose

Every company starts on the same foundation: people, sign-in, approvals, documents and a full history. The HR apps you need sit on top, each one requested by one administrator and approved by a second.

  • Two approvals, one version
  • English · العربية
  • Every date names its timezone

01 · The foundation

Every company starts on the same foundation

It's never sold as an app, and it's never switched off. Every app you add works through it, under the same rules.

Sample data
  • People & organization

Employee records and assignments, and the organization as it stood on any date: legal entities, brands, departments and sites.

    As of 1 Oct 2026
  • Identity

Everyone signs in with a password and a six-digit code from an authenticator app. Each session says who you are; nobody switches user.

    Verified with authenticator
  • Approvals

One person proposes; HR and Finance approve that exact version. Nobody approves their own proposal.

    HRFinance
  • Documents

Letters from approved templates in English and Arabic. An upload counts only after someone other than the uploader validates it.

    QuarantinedValidated
  • History

Every change is dated and kept: who proposed it, who approved which version, and when it took effect.

02 · Two people, not one

One person proposes a change. Two others approve it.

HR and Finance each approve one exact version; change anything and it needs approval again. On the effective date the system applies it, and nobody presses execute.

  1. Someone proposes

A member of the HR team proposes the change, with the reason and the date it should take effect.

  2. Two others approve

One approval from HR and one from Finance, by two different people, for the same version. The proposer can't approve.

  3. It runs on its date

It takes effect automatically on its date, in the legal entity's timezone, and leaves a receipt.

03 · Documents and signing

Documents, checked by a second person

Uploads wait in quarantine until someone else validates them. Letters come from approved templates in English and Arabic.

  • Uploading puts a file in quarantine. It counts only after someone other than the uploader validates it.
  • Templates exist for promotion, transfer, pay and employment certificate letters. Linking them to approved changes is still to come.
  • Signing is a demonstration for now: not a real signing provider and not legally binding. Every signing screen says so.

Every screen is designed in both languages and both directions. One company holds its legal entities across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman, each with its own currency and timezone.

An HR Director confirms each entity's timezone before anything can be scheduled there.

A time that decides something names its timezone: 1 Oct 2026, 00:00 (Asia/Riyadh).

Where AI is used, it's optional and advisory. A person always decides.
